For over 25 years, I have devoted myself to the healing arts—with a passion rooted not just in knowledge, but in lived experience and a deep desire to empower others on their healing journeys.

My philosophy is simple, yet profound: when we calm the nervous system, connect to our breath, and truly inhabit our bodies, we create the conditions for the body, mind, and soul to heal. Healing is not a mystery—it’s a remembering.

I hold certifications in a wide array of modalities including Massage Therapy, Lomi Lomi, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Colon Hydrotherapy, Prenatal and Medical Massage. I also offer integrative practices such as Sound Healing (with crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, and tuning forks), Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Life Coaching.

My approach is rooted not only in education but in a lifetime of curiosity, resilience, and compassion. As a child of a military family, I moved every two years until college—an experience that gifted me with adaptability, cultural fluency, and an appreciation for the many ways people live, feel, and heal.

I began my professional journey as a collegiate athlete, earning a BA in English and Elementary Education. At 23, my path was profoundly reshaped when I faced a cancer diagnosis. That pivotal moment awakened a deep calling within me: to turn toward healing, not just for myself, but for others. What began as a personal reckoning evolved into a lifelong mission.

I started with yoga, then expanded into personal training, energy work, sound healing, meditation, coaching, and even death doula studies. I believe healing is both a science and an art—and that learning is a lifelong journey. My work continues to evolve.
